These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 788wan. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 788wan platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register a 788wan account. One account per person is permitted. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions on 788wan are processed in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit channels. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 788wan does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal methods.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Abuse of bonus terms will result in bonus cancellation.
All sports bets placed on 788wan are subject to the platform's betting rules at the time of placement. Markets may be voided in the event of abandonment, postponement beyond permitted timeframes, or confirmed data feed errors. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet at stake value.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788wan login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 788wan support prior to the activity occurring.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 788wan ("788wan", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a trading name of the operating entity holding the applicable international gaming licence. These Terms govern all use of the 788wan website accessible at 788wan.org and any associated mobile applications, progressive web applications, or platform interfaces provided by 788wan to Pakistani users and all other registered users worldwide. To create a 788wan account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and a password meeting 788wan's minimum security requirements. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and current.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 788wan platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited. 788wan reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts detected by our systems and to permanently forfeit any balances held within them.
788wan is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be triggered at any point by risk-based account reviews. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 788wan of a security compromise prior to such activity taking place.
788wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects any of the following: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; fraudulent activity; collusion; use of automated betting software or bots; bonus abuse; money laundering; or any other conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, 788wan may forfeit all balances held in the account without prior notice.
You may request the voluntary closure of your 788wan account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
788wan accepts deposits in PKR via all Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 1. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change at 788wan's discretion with reasonable notice. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 788wan wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation on your mobile account. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the initiating bank's processing times.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 788wan cashier, subject to the following conditions being met: your account has completed KYC verification; your real-money balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier; no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on your balance; and your account is in good standing with no active fraud or security review. 788wan processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within one business day.
788wan does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard withdrawals to Supported Payment Methods. However, certain payment providers or receiving banks may apply their own transaction fees, over which 788wan has no control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a withdrawal.
All transactions on the 788wan platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at the platform level. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation, as displayed in the 788wan cashier at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by 788wan are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. To convert bonus funds into real money eligible for withdrawal, you must complete the wagering requirement specified for that bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 10,000 using the bonus balance before withdrawal eligibility is triggered). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are listed on the relevant bonus terms page.
788wan employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive repeat welcome bonuses; placing low-risk or hedge bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to drain bonus balances; and collusion between accounts to transfer bonus value. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your balance without compensation. 788wan will send reminder notifications before bonus expiry where technically feasible, but is not obligated to do so.
All bets placed on the 788wan sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 788wan at its sole discretion. 788wan reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is confirmed only when an explicit confirmation message and unique bet reference number are displayed in your account's bet history. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not accepted and no funds are deducted for such bets.
Betting odds displayed on the 788wan platform are updated in real time and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is accepted are those displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time you began the bet placement process. 788wan is not liable for any price movements occurring between bet initiation and confirmation.
A bet or market may be declared void by 788wan in the following circumstances:
Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (the stake is returned to the player's wallet at its full original value). Void legs in accumulator bets are removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are settled normally.
PSL (Pakistan Super League) and other cricket markets offered on 788wan are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the 788wan sportsbook rules section. Ball-by-ball live betting markets are settled using official match data feeds; in the event of a feed outage, settlements are deferred until verified official data is available. 788wan is not responsible for delays in settlement caused by data provider outages.
All casino games available on the 788wan platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) — including slots, virtual table games, and instant games — use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The RNG certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, player identity, account balance, or any other external factor.
In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active casino game round or live betting event, 788wan's system will complete the game round or settle the bet according to the game engine's outcome at the time of the disconnection. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error on 788wan's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet. 788wan is not liable for disconnections caused by your own internet service provider, device, or network.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction in any casino game, all affected game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to players' wallets. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable. 788wan's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788wan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the 788wan platform — including but not limited to the 788wan brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 788wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 788wan content without prior written authorisation from 788wan.
788wan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 788wan implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interactions and maintains strict internal data access controls to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
788wan enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations and all wagering activities. Age is verified during registration and again at the KYC stage before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant regulatory authority.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to 788wan via live chat or email are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, 788wan will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account during the exclusion period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wan's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your 788wan account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 788wan is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
788wan does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. 788wan will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any outage.
788wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 788wan will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788wan holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with 788wan's customer support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by 788wan's licensing authority. 788wan's licensing authority provides an independent dispute resolution mechanism that is available to all registered players free of charge.
Before escalating any dispute to the licensing authority, you must first submit a formal complaint to 788wan by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". 788wan will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a final response within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.
